Even U S President can be a Foreigner, U and I can too. If we can-how should we be treated if we are in foreign countries?

Am asking this question at a time when Somalis face it rough, down here in UG just after the Twin Explosions on Sunday night of the 2010 World Cup Finals in which close to 90 people joined there ancestors in confirmed Suicide Terrorist Attacks on Kampala.

As the situation intensify with the after math of this Black Sunday Night, massive arrests have been conducted by the Uganda Security Organs being assisted by the Word's Toughest Security Agencies. These include the FBI, Mossad, Scotland Yard...

As I make this report, many foreigners of Somalia, Pakistan, India, Nigeria and Eritrean origin are behind bars in Uganda's undesirable places of detention. Of course Ugandans too have been arrested. But tonight I want to challenge you;

Can Foreigners be treated with Leniency? Most especially at this time; our Muslim brothers have already raised there complaints to the Uganda's August House for being irresistibly arrested.

The incidence of Bududa has not been given close and full attention by the International Media in our observation.
We do not know whether it's in the interest of global media giants not to tell the world as much as they can about about the land slides updates.

We refuse to believe that two Americans or Europeans bombed can make news or appear on headlines in contrast to hundreds of Africans perishing whatsoever!
Close to 400 Ugandans allegedly died in the landslides;this must not be taken for grunted.
Thats why till now the April Rwanda genocide that claimed over a million is partially attributed to the neglect of the International media which denied intervention of the International community.

With due respect; we hail local reporters for running stories about this incidence on Internet for every one to know out side the country.
Many people will continue offering something if we continue running these stories.
The victims have not had proper shelter, do not have enough food, medicine, clothes, bedding and also need security.
We have observed that there's a lot that these people need and we hope every one can offer a hand of support.

Our government should no mislead the world that it has allocated 10 B UG shs to help these fellow citizens.
It's a lie.
They should tell the world what they can and can not provide.
What has all this money done so far in the last 8 days.
At the end of this week we demand for accountability

We want to tell the world that the donations so far made are not yet enough though we appreciate all individuals, countries, organizations and leaders who have come out so and offered something.
NRM & opposition politicians who have ranches and farms should be able to sell some of theer animals.
Some do have them in Kisozi and Gayaza.
Ministers and Members of Parliament should give some extra help.
Religious and culture leaders should continue asking there subjects for more donations.

Meanwhile we would like African states to start up their own media bodies covering the whole continent. News papers, Radios & Televisions. By that we shall be able to make this continent greater.

It’s quite good that Uganda Government responded when we insisted that as a country we must send some Aid to the people Haiti during our last Press Conference.
The challenge however remains that our government is still mean.
You can not offer US $100,000 only to a whole country badly stricken as if you’re providing feeds to your cattle, Can you imagine individuals giving large sums of money doubling what our government has given! How long shall we remain more receivers than givers?
That money alone covers president Museveni’s flight in our taxpayers’ jet or enough to take president’s daughter for delivery overseas.
Uganda should offer more aid to Haiti.
This country stands in spotlight and therefore Uganda's image should be polished. We have been known for the Lord's Resistance Army war in the last 20 years. When you travel abroad and just say I come from Uganda you’ll be asked to say something about Amin. But is this the only way this nation should be known?
The government should not wait for us to make appeals in order to respond to public demands;
We should be sending UPDF on more foreign missions to keep peace where need be and we must train and equip our young men to be able to respond when and wherever needed.
This is the time to support Makerere students in the field of technology, Science & Medicine. Help them develop and make more cars.
Our sons and daughters are so bright-the government should support them. They can change the world; polish the image of our country and the whole of Africa.

We´ve waited till now for the Ministry of Foregin affairs to come up with condolence message to the victims of earthquake in Latin America.
The 200,000 people who have died are surelly part of us, these are our authentic blood, fellow Africans living on those Islands-therefore at such a time like this, we can not deny or forsake them.

We refuse to believe that the Uganda government has got nothing to offer to hundreds of thousands of Haitans who are starving,with no clothings, no medicine, no shelter and badly wounded.
A 3rd world country like Democtratic Republic of Congo with all problems its facing,not forgeting hundreds of thousands of her people being refeeges in our camps has got some thing to offer to our brothers and sisters. Congo has offered U S $1.5m, this is quite challenging.
During days of Field Marshal Al-hajj Amin Dada Oume, Uganda´s generosity to countries striken in such a manner was intolerable!
President Amin offered aid millitarly, financially, and moral support even to countries out side Africa-What has this regime got to offer?
We aprreciate so much donations and pleadges from United States, Senegal, South Africa and other contries.
PDP asks the President Museveni and his cabinet managing the public shillings and resources to donate now to the people of Haite.
We ask Hon Sam Kutesa to send condolence massage to the Haiten Government now on behalf of the people of Uganda.

We there fore can not blame our friends-The New Vision Paper for the story in published on 31st Dec 09 ranking different people. Every one knows that all the people except Lydia Drau and Kato Kajjubi that they wrote about could not be worst of the year. Betty Nambooze has done nothing to Ugandans, she’s only been sick; more over welcomed as a hero. Not even has Col Besigye wronged Ugandans to be on that side.
It’s a lie that needs to be rectified that President Museveni emerged second best; not even President Obama-by the end of the year so many Ugandans had lost trust in him.

Climate is the defining challenge our time; The People’s Development Party confers with the U.N Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon that it is the most potent game changer of all aspects of life that include business.
We’re enduring the worst catastrophic damage to people, the planet and to the global market place.
Science is clear, Global emissions must peak in less than a decade to avert the worst consequences of climate change.
Scientists during the International Scientific Congress early this year said that the worst-case projections are being realized-indeed surpassed.

It’s evident that here in our country no body can deny this after experiencing land slides in various mountainous areas; lightening & thunder have claimed livestock and plants in Western Uganda this year, hailstones, storm, floods, drought& famine have also greatly reduced growth and production of food yet killing both people and animals including President Museveni`s cattle at his ranch in Mpigi and we still believe a lot more is coming!

P.D.P is worried that this is not segregate the rich and poor, pollutants and non pollutants are all victimized.
The back bone of the Pearl of Africa has always been and is Agriculture yet with such climate change patterns; we can’t escape this major phenomenon.

Uganda and Africa in totality is suffering and will continue at the expense of More Developed Countries (MDCs).
China the fastest growing economic power with the leading population figures remains the major pollutant followed with other countries that include Germany, United States, Japan, United Kingdom, India and many others.

We must not however look at these alone; let us look at our own country;
Despite the fact that old metal imports that include refrigerators, cars, computers, TVs, & radios were banned according to the 2009/2010 National Budget, the level of there importation is just increasing!
Our beloved citizens who deal in such business should not misperceive us- they must understand and know that the importation, sell & usage of such things by Ugandans is one of the major contributions of pollution with emissions that come out of them.

The kingdom Attorney General, Mr. Apollo Makubuya, urged Bunyoro, Busoga, and Tooro kingdoms to join the federal campaign for the good future of the nation. He said despite the challenges, the kingdom was not about to drop its core concerns and demands from the central government.

Hundreds of thousands from all over EAST Africa attended this unique outstanding event.
I was pleased that religious leaders could coke out confidently to mention challenges of Buganda within there their prayers.
The Orthodox leader Pastor Yonah Lwanga initiated the event immediate at the arrival of His Majesty.
From the Catholic Church in Lubuga came Christopher Kakooza who pleaded that the expansion of Kampala should be handled carefully.
Mufti Zubair Kayonga from Kabuli, The Adventist Leader James Kaggya also made prayers.

Apostle Alex Mitala alongside Pastor Serwadda from the Born again “Abalokore” Faith insisted on morality upon which he rebuked the greedy individuals who organized the New years celebrations in Lubiri where moral decadency and immorality levels prevailed.

He has made it possible for billions across the glob to witness, feel, memorize, react, visualize, I mean I am short of words to describe fully the impartation he has engraved in us when I look at how much in his photograph journalism profession he has done.

I have just watched a film by Christian Frei this morning at the U S Embassy in Kampala.
Jimmy brought closer the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, South Africa liberation struggles, Kosovo political brutality, Indonesia economic flamboyances and the deadly working conditions of laborers I mean so many stories and I must appreciate his work and a politician I must say thank you.

Jim would be dead alongside his comrade during the South African mission in gun men exchanged gun powder with civilians who were protesting this really amazes me when his counterparts dies yet himself who was next to him survives.
His wife gets worried so often hen the husband travels but that is his job and he love sit.
When he meets a desperate man with his family whose legs were both chopped off by the train he stays so much time with them and earnestly makes a pledge of part of his salary to be sent to them monthly, what a man!

When the president who was smartly suited in blown attire with his hat as usual given the microphone to speak called Sematimba once again and said.
“Just like he said that the owner of the money is here, so I am.” At this point he mob shouted out in jubilation.
“I am here to spat on him as the NRM candidate for this post” this enticed the supporters the more upon which they waved Sema`s flag the more.

The president talked much on Lubaga including the poor health conditions he has discovered while coming.
However he promised to help the people of Lubaga and assured them that there’s over 12 Billion Shs set aside for building markets for them.
Much as the presidential speech had been so sweat to listen to, it must be noted that at his conclusion he annoyed the 50,000 Sema`s supporters when he called them orphans-no father, no mother..
This followed his summoning of the NADS agent to give his explanations on where a Bona bagagaware (prosperity for all) fund has been distributed to people.
To his disappointment s/he had not turned up yet the RDC`s and other party delegates were there in person.
So he said “….now I have known that your orphans, almost bustards, no mother no father..)
At this point I turned to the masses and see their reaction, only to find that people’s faces grew pale and most of them annoyed..
At this point I concluded that perhaps more votes would be cut off as a result of that statement. But for I wasn’t surprised because this has become part of the president to use abusive, irritating, provocative and unnecessary statements and words in his speeches.
He had earlier alone proked the Kenyan House over the Mijingo Island when he said “….though the Island is on Kenyan side but the waters belong to Uganda…”
To political analysts such statement a vague and would tantamount into violence, disrespect, hatred, jealosy, and can cause division amongst people. This true because Castro (NRM) lost to Okwale (D.P) at the recent Makerere University Guild Presidential elections with such words and I remember Castro regretting the presidential coming only to dig his grave during the race upon which he annoyed the intellectuals.
I appeal to Museveni to mind his tongue as many wars including the World Wars had been as a result of provocative words that in many cases lacked apology.
Let the president apologize to the Ugandans.

I was quite sure that Ps Peter Sematimba would win the election not because of his coming on NRM ticket but because of his personality that had no question of proof and I had even people saying that even if he would come on unpopular party like UPC, they would still vote him as their chairman towards the 2011 elections where I predict will reclaim the Mayoral Dream of Kampala City.

Normally when kids are born ,doctors or nurses pinch them and they cry so as to understand that the baby is alive . Unlikely other babies like i have said we got worried so much as you could not cry much as the doctor did so an latter you did an d we smiled at the Innocent new young one." Well that`s my story my people. My achievements in the last nineteen years are so many. I`ve managed to keep my record as the African youngest virgin politician, youngest Law student, managed my weekly press conferences,participated in many big conventions an conferences such the 2007 Common Wealth Heads of Government Summit (CHOGM) the list is endless. comrades this young man who is half a British and half a Ugandan by names of Fansio Kutesa 13 years living with his grand mother residents of Masajja B Zone-Namasuba Parish,Makindye Sub country,Wakiso district,Central Uganda-East Africa is unlikely to not to finish his Primary Seven.

Here is his Story according to the old woman-Grand ma Justine Nakiyinji Babirye -50years.

"This grand son of mine was dumbed by her month when he was 11 month old and she disappeared up to now.

Initially the mother was in love her fellow classmate of almost the same age who made her pregnant at 17 years.

This young man was a son of a British who lived in Lubaga-Kampala suburb during the era of President Idi Amin Dada who had made me pregnant and in 1972 when Amin was expelling the Asians, he too left the country living the baby of 2month to me.

I raised the young man up to 18 years when he impregnate the classmate and also disappeared from and when Fansio was dumbed to me at 11 month i`ve taken care of him up to now."

"Fansio is now 13 years but i can`t move her any further ,you understand my son Earnest (telling me) i used to work for D.K,"(David Kanyerezi,owner of D.K Hill School Namasuba Entebbe Rd) where i attended my O.Level and A.Level partially and this lady had been nick named "Jaaja Cups" because her work was to prepare porredge for the students.

" And when i i could no longer work any more i left which meat that Fansio who could study on my salary would not proceed any more.

Today I m my legs are so weak with pain and that's why I only taking care of those pigs...

i sincerely n`t know the fate of my grand son after failing to continue with education."

Thousands of thousands horns of cattle hipped like a hill alongside a stream in a valley-What an amazing scenery!
Oops! Monday Evening was one of the Evenings that astonished me as I took a walk around the place that seemed scaring km on Salama Rd off Entebbe Rd from Kibuye.
This adventurous site in between Busabara Rd and Salama Rd on a alongside a stream locally known as “Mayanja” once a River but now a scream due to Human Settlement and Activities.
As I stayed confusedf about theses dry horns my eyes bounced on a church with writing Synagogue Church, Valley of dry bones.
This doesn’t only invites one to ask questions of such a name in such a place but also some answers.
Perhaps because of the scripture in the Book of Ezekiel 37:2 that says,”They were very many bones lying on the ground in the valley.”
The Lord made me walk all around the area of the bones.
I saw the bones and they were very dry.
That’s what exactly this is.
As I got my Camera across them, one of the men near by washing a Bodaboda –Motorcycle shouted at me,” Gwe okolaki?” (What are you doing?)
I assured in English some thing small.
Anyway I hurriedly walked away to the Main Rd(Salama)

NECESSITY AND IMPERATIVES OF A SPECIFIC LEGISLATION ON TORTURE

The eradication of the practice of torture in the world was one of the major challenges taken by the United Nations only a few years after its establishment in order to ensure adequate protection for all persons against torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, the United Nations has, over the year’s adopted universally applicable standards.

These standards were ultimately embodied in international declarations and conventions. The adaptation on 10 Dec 1984 by the U.N General Assembly of the Convention against Torture and other Cruel, inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT) rounded off the codification process to combat the practice of torture.

Uganda is party to several international human rights instruments, all of which guarantee freedom from torture, including the U.N Convention against Torture which it ratified in 1986,in spite of the international obligations (and constitutional provisions under the 1995 Constitution), the culture of torture has continued in Uganda.

International and local reporting shows that the practice of torture remains a pertinent problem, especially as part of unlawful detentions.

The practice of torture remains the domain of agencies of state, intelligence organizations, army-although there have been incidences of commission of acts of torture on the part of private entities and individuals.

The complaints by individuals to the Human Rights Commission (as evidenced in its annual reports since 1998) indicate that torture remains a key rights problem.

The incidences of torture are closely linked with violations of personal liberty as the result of detentions incommunicado in safe houses and military detention facilities.

Torture can include actions that do not even require that the body of the victim be touched.

Long periods of interrogations while a suspect is not allowed to sit down; is deprived of sleep, food or water; playing load music and shinning bright lights while asleep-all these constitute torture, but do not comply with the elements of assault.

The intention of a torturer is to obtain information by inflicting pain or discomfort.

We can’t forget how the three Mengo Ministers-Medadi Lubega Segona, Charlce Peter Mayiga and Betty Nambooze were abducted and tortured by the Government Security organs

The Law should address penalties and sanctions that are relevant and commensurate to the severity of torture.

The Law also should specify that whoever is found guilty of torture is liable to conviction and imprisonment for a defined duration.

Finally the Law should embrace the fact that torture is an exceptionally grave crime, one that rightly deserving to be regarded with utter revulsion and severely punished.

We there fore need the upcoming generation not to follow the same foot steps of the predecessors.

I would like however to challenge His Excellency and ask him whether you can light up a candle and put it under the basket!
Himself is not worthy the appropriate person to do so because of the legacy he has left behind.

Which kind of love has he had for this country -after all he is the father of guelira activities in this Country!
Who doesn’t know that he has always harbored corrupt individuals in his Government?
Besides have we forgotten how he bribed the Parliament to remove term limits as if he wants to rule for life?
Up to when shall the constitution keep on being manipulated?

On a strong note I would like to ask Dr Matembe to join me as I reach to the young generation in schools, colleges and universities country wide.
We shall tell them how corruption is not only a cancer but a deadly virus that destroys the human soul.
We shall inform them about the environmental and climate crisis and we shall not cease to denounce moral decay in our society.

UMEME WORKER DIES ON SPOT ON HIS JOB.

Mr Sam Kagiri a resident in Makindye a Kampala surbab per now as we speak has joined his ancestors.

Following his attempt to dis install solidors of the electrity distribution Company`s client who had been disconnected but hired some stuff defaulters and connected the electricity back.

Around 4:00pm yesturday he climbed the electric pole at Eric Busaasi`s home having come with his fellow stuff who rode way with the Company`s motor bike having realised that Kagiri is dead.

Mr John Otheno a U.M.E.M.E staff comfirmed him as worker in the same Company.

Letter alone the police climbed the pole and got him off where he was taken to Mulago hospital later after.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

I would recommend and request the company to take care of the deceased`s family.

He was born after 12 months in his mother's womb, he started preaching the word of God at the age of 6, he is the founder and leader of the Redeemed Church of Christ with five branches in different parts of Uganda. After 19 years of preaching the Lord's word to hundreds of thousands in many parts of the world, 25 years old Pastor David Bweyinda who recently saw another means of empowering his people through personal development education has embraced Success University's visions and set himself a task to lead the launch of Success University in 3 major cities in Uganda - Kampala, Jinja and Mbarara between 14 to 21 December 2008. Pastor David also has ambitions to use his wider influence around the African continent to introduce Success University to other parts of Africa. Loneliness 'makes you cold'

Turning up the thermostat could lighten your mood
Loneliness and coldness are often associated in everyday language, but psychologists have found that social isolation does make people feel cold.
The University of Toronto team found people feeling excluded said a room was colder than those feeling included.
And people who felt left out also chose comforting hot soup, rather than an apple or soft drink.
A UK psychologist said the findings could help people feeling isolated, particularly in the winter months.
'Unpopular'
In the first study, 65 students were divided into two groups.
One group recalled a personal experience in which they had been socially excluded and felt isolated or lonely, such as being rejected from a club.
The other group recalled an experience in which they had been accepted.
The researchers then asked everyone to estimate the room's temperature.

The estimates varied from about 54F (12C) to 104F (40C) - with those who had thought about an isolating experience giving lower estimates of the temperature.
In the second experiment, the researchers asked 52 students to play a computer-simulated ball game.
It was designed so that some of the volunteers had the ball tossed to them many times, but others were left out.
Afterwards, all the volunteers were asked to rate the desirability of hot coffee, crackers, soft-drinks, an apple, or hot soup.
The "unpopular" participants were much more likely than the others to want either hot soup or hot coffee.
The researchers suggest their preference for warm food and drinks resulted from physically feeling cold as a result of being excluded.
'Coping mechanism'
Dr Chen-Bo Zhong, who led the research, which is published in the journal Psychological Science, said: "We found that the experience of social exclusion literally feels cold.
"This may be why people use temperature-related metaphors to describe social inclusion and exclusion."
Some evidence supports the idea that reduced temperature also contributes to an increase in depressive experience

The team suggests the findings could be used to treat people's feelings of sadness or loneliness.
Writing in the journal, published by the American Association of Psychological Science, they say: "An interesting direction for research would be to determine whether experiencing the warmth of an object could reduce the negative experience of social exclusion.
"Such an implication has been used metaphorically in the self-help literature, but our research suggests that eating warm soup may be a literal coping mechanism for social exclusion."
They also suggest that raising the temperature could help someone who is feeling low - in the same way that people with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) are helped with light therapy.
They added: "Research on this disorder has predominantly focused on the connection between reduced daylight and increased likelihood of winter depression, although some evidence supports the idea that reduced temperature also contributes to an increase in depressive experience.
"Our research suggests one reason why that may be. Perhaps cold temperatures in the winter serve as a catalyst to the psychological experience of social exclusion."
Dr Lesley Prince, a lecturer in psychology at Birmingham University, said: "This is very interesting, and shows there are physiological correlates to emotions."
He added: "I particularly like the idea that if people are feeling despondent or lonely, you could help them feel better by putting the temperature up."

CHICAGO, Illinois (AP) -- When it comes to saving lives, God trumps doctors for many Americans.

An eye-opening survey reveals widespread belief that divine intervention can revive dying patients. And, researchers said, doctors "need to be prepared to deal with families who are waiting for a miracle."
More than half of randomly surveyed adults -- 57 percent -- said God's intervention could save a family member even if physicians declared that treatment would be futile. And nearly three-quarters said patients have a right to demand that treatment continue.
When asked to imagine their own relatives being gravely ill or injured, nearly 20 percent of doctors and other medical workers said God could reverse a hopeless outcome.
"Sensitivity to this belief will promote development of a trusting relationship" with patients and their families, according to researchers. That trust, they said, is needed to help doctors explain objective, overwhelming scientific evidence showing that continued treatment would be worthless.
Pat Loder, a Milford, Michigan, woman whose two young children were killed in a 1991 car crash, said she clung to a belief that God would intervene when things looked hopeless.
"When you're a parent and you're standing over the body of your child who you think is dying ... you have to have that" belief, Loder said.

Although doctors should be prepared to deal with those beliefs, they also shouldn't "sugarcoat" the truth about a patient's condition, Loder said.
Being honest in a sensitive way helps family members make excruciating decisions about whether to let dying patients linger or allow doctors to turn off life-prolonging equipment so that organs can be donated, Loder said.
Loder was driving when a speeding motorcycle slammed into the family's car. Both children were rushed unconscious to hospitals, and Loder says she believes that doctors did everything they could. They were not able to revive her 5-year-old son; soon after, her 8-year-old daughter was declared brain dead.
She said her beliefs about divine intervention have changed.
"I have become more of a realist," she said. "I know that none of us are immune from anything."
Loder was not involved in the survey, which appears in Monday's Archives of Surgery.
It involved 1,000 U.S. adults randomly selected to answer questions by telephone about their views on end-of-life . They were surveyed in 2005, along with 774 doctors, nurses and other medical workers who responded to mailed questions.
Survey questions mostly dealt with untimely deaths from trauma such as accidents and violence. These deaths are often particularly tough on relatives because they are more unexpected than deaths from lingering illnesses such as cancer, and the patients tend to be younger.
Dr. Lenworth Jacobs, a University of Connecticut surgery professor and trauma chief at Hartford Hospital, was the lead author.
He said trauma treatment advances have allowed patients who previously would have died at the scene to survive longer. That shift means hospital trauma specialists "are much more heavily engaged in the death process," he said.
Jacobs said he frequently meets people who think God will save their dying loved one and who want medical procedures to continue.
"You can't say, 'That's nonsense.' You have to respect that" and try to show them X-rays, CAT scans and other medical evidence indicating death is imminent, he said.
Relatives need to know that "it's not that you don't want a miracle to happen, it's just that is not going to happen today with this patient," he said.
Families occasionally persist, and hospitals have gone to court seeking to stop medical treatment doctors believe is futile, but such cases are quite rare.
Dr. Michael Sise, trauma medical director at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, called the study "a great contribution" to one of the most intense issues doctors face.
Sise, a Catholic doctor working in a Catholic hospital, said miracles don't happen when medical evidence shows death is near.
"That's just not a realistic situation," he said.
Sise recalled a teenager severely injured in a gang beating who died soon afterward at his hospital.

The mother "absolutely did not want to withdraw" medical equipment despite the severity of her child's brain injuries, which ensured that she would never wake up, Sise said. "The mom was playing religious tapes in the room and obviously was very focused on looking for a miracle."
Claudia McCormick, a nurse and trauma program director at Duke University Hospital, said she also has never seen that kind of miracle. But her niece's recovery after being hit by a boat while inner-tubing this year came close.
The boat backed into her, and its propeller "caught her in the side of the head. She had no pulse when they pulled her out of the water," McCormick said.
Doctors at the hospital where she was airlifted said "it really doesn't look good." And although it never reached the point where withdrawing lifesaving equipment was discussed, McCormick recalled one of her doctors saying later, " 'God has plans for this child. I never thought she'd be here.' "
Like many hospitals, Duke uses a team approach to help relatives deal with dying trauma victims, enlisting social workers, grief counselors and chaplains to work with doctors and nurses.
If the family still says "we just can't shut that machine off, then, you know what, we can't shut that machine off," McCormick said.
"Sometimes," she said, "you might have a family that's having a hard time, and it might take another day, and that's OK."

I would like to share with some of the indescribable issues hat concern my life and have erroded some fear inside me.I’m glad to inform you that I’ve been admitted at Law Development Center where I’m going to begin with a diploma in Law which has been one of my prayers. When I was still smiling at that a voice whispered into my ears deep in the heart that where for heaven’s sake r you going to get the money after having strived thought A. Level yet you still have some balance at school.
Sooner had I recognized that ridiculous voice than looking for strategies of finding a remedy. I embarked on writing letters to many NGO`S, Financial institutions, individuals not ceasing to search and email people to on the mail since the beginning of the year for the common similar agenda of rising for my Tuition this September.
At this moment of writing to you over 5oo mails I’ve sent i`1ve not found a sound one promising me to meet my education needs.
I’ve hopefully decide to re-address my issue to you.
I’m of view that-perhaps when u share it with your friends both Domestically and Internationally perhaps God can touch on them and save me from drowning in the lake of unbalanced future with a ray Grimmer of Hope and uncertainty.
The diploma course is nearly to 2.5million(Ug shs) but installments per terms are accepted.
